Sometimes it best to let the music do the talking, this is one of those occasions. Local Talk’s 46th release comes from exciting debutant Sameed. Little did we know about Sameed before we got the four tracks for this 12", for all we know it could be your neighbour.

Quick-firing the release is Spend, functional as a set highlight with it’s dubby chords, vocal snippets and a wonky bassline. Included on the b-side is a dub that will work perfect as a DJ tool for those who wants to go a little bit deeper. Showcasing Sameeds sense for keeping things stripped down and sweaty , Still is a dirty exercise in acid witchcraft while Getyoself can best be described as a delicately raw rhythm with dark textures
